Help with Solari.
Support for the closed Solari beta.
Solari is currently a small, founder-led TestFlight beta for iPhone. Jeremy reads the support inbox and will respond as soon as he reasonably can. There are no guaranteed support hours or response-time promise during the beta.
Email JeremyWhat to include.
For a faster investigation, include:
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened and what you expected instead.
- Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Solari build number if you can find them.
- A screenshot, only if it does not show anything you would rather keep private.
Please do not email a password, payment card number, or another person’s private information.
Delete your account.
- Open Solari.
- Open You.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
If other adults share the family, Solari lets you remove just your account and leave the shared plan, cookbook, and shopping information with them, or delete the family. If you cannot open the app or deletion fails, email jeremy@solari.family from the address connected to your account.
Privacy and website-form requests.
To ask for access, correction, or deletion of information from a beta account, beta request, creator inquiry, or message, email jeremy@solari.family. Include the email address used and enough context to locate the submission. Read the full privacy policy for details.
Food and allergy concerns.
Solari can flag concerns, but it cannot declare a recipe or substitution safe for a particular person. Always check the original recipe, ingredient packaging, preparation surfaces, and professional guidance. For an urgent medical issue, contact local emergency services. After everyone is safe, please report a possible Solari data problem so it can be investigated.
Creator content or takedown.
If you own or represent content shown in Solari and have a permission, attribution, or takedown concern, email jeremy@solari.family. Include the creator name, recipe or page, source link, and the action you are requesting. See the creator pilot principles.
Current availability.
The product is not yet a public App Store release. Beta access is invitation-only and delivered through Apple TestFlight. The website invite form is the right place to express interest, but submitting it does not guarantee an invitation or a particular date.
